| Welcome to the Brent Primary Care Trust (PCT) Annual Public Health Report. Health and well being are important aspects of everyone’s life and Brent PCT is working to improve the health of everybody living in Brent. Within the PCT it is the aim of the Public Health Directorate to improve the health of all the people in Brent, but also to improve the health of the worst off fastest in order to reduce inequalities in health.
